Please use the following form to notify the CJ of any private parties or crawls being held.

It includes relevant information that CJ would need in order to best assist the hosts should things go wrong such as location, other crawl stops, time, drinks being served etc. This form will only be seen by the Chief Justice and the court and exists to ease the process of CJ approval of parties.
